01Who we are

This website is run by Moor PHS, a Gas Safe registered boiler installation business. Moor PHS is the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website, by phone or by email.

02Data we collect

When you send an enquiry or ask for a quote, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your postcode, so we can confirm we cover your area and plan a visit
• The service you need and anything you tell us in your message, such as details of your current boiler or heating system
• Your preferred contact method and suitable dates or times for a visit, if you give them

If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and clicks. This is covered in our Cookie Policy. If you reject them, no analytics data is collected.

03Lawful basis for processing

• Contract: to prepare your quote, arrange a visit, carry out your installation and provide the free annual servicing and warranty that come with it.
• Legitimate interests: to reply to enquiries you send us and to keep basic records of the work we do.
• Legal obligation: to meet Gas Safe, building regulations and tax record-keeping requirements.
• Consent: for marketing messages and for analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

04How we use and store your data

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, book and carry out work, and contact you about your annual service. We never sell your data.

General enquiries that don't lead to work are kept for 12 months and then deleted, or sooner if you ask us to delete them. If we carry out work for you, we keep job records, certificates and invoices for as long as the law requires and for the length of your warranty and servicing plan.

05Third-party processors

We use trusted providers to run this website and manage enquiries. They only process your data on our instructions:

• Website hosting: [e.g. Cloudflare]
• Enquiry management / CRM: [e.g. GoHighLevel], which receives form submissions
• Website analytics: Microsoft Clarity, only if you accept analytics cookies

Our website may link to our Google Business Profile and social media pages. If you follow those links, the privacy policies of those platforms apply.

06Marketing communications

We'll only send you marketing messages if you've agreed to receive them. Service reminders for a boiler we installed aren't marketing; they're part of your servicing plan.

You can opt out of marketing at any time by replying "STOP" to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at moorphsgas@gmail.com.

07Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
• Have your data deleted (erasure)
• Restrict how we use your data
• Object to us processing your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
